Ashma Khatoon) filed before Civil Judge (J.D.) Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar regarding Arazi No. 152/1.448 hectare, 195/0.181 hectare and 387/0.151 hectare situated at Mazua Sirsiya, Tappa Kot, Pargana Bansi Pashchim, Tehsil Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar cancellation the unregistered Will deed dated 25.9.1997 in null and void and set aside the aforesaid unregistered Will deed dated 25.9.1997 within stipulated period of time. 4. Learned counsel prayed that the said suit may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar to decide the Case No. 348 of 2025 (Molahe @ Molhu Vs. Smt. Ashma Khatoon) filed before Civil Judge (J.D.)
