Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court assailing his transfer order (Annexure P-1), dated 18.08.2026, inter alia, on the ground that the transfer of the petitioner is bad, as he was deputed for Census 2027 (Phase-I) duty as an enumerator and could not have been transferred before the completion of the said duty. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has made available for the perusal of the Court an office order dated 15.07.2026, which has been issued by Tehsildar-cum-Charge 2 Census Officer, Tehsil Sulah, District Kangra, in terms whereof, all the supervisors and enumerators who were deputed for Census 2027 (Phase-I) duties have been ordered to be relieved from their respective Census Phase-1 duties with immediate effect from the afternoon of 15.07.2026 after completing their assigned work. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail office order dated 15.07.2026, if so advised. 4.
