C.R.31/2025-26 VIDE ANNEXURE – A AND ETC. THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; (i) Quash the impugned orders of externment dated 04.12.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/ Assistant Commissioner Cum Sub-Divional Magistrate, Kolar Sub-Division, Kolar District, in the case No.M.A.G: C.R:31/2025-26 vide "Annexure-A", against the petitioner and allow the writ petition. (ii) direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the impugned orders and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28449 WP No. 38499 of 2025 allow him to exercise all his rights guaranteed under constitution of India; (iii) and/ or issue writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ against the Respondents and in favor of the petitioner as deemed fit under the circumstances of the case, to secure the ends of justice. 2. A memo dated 12.06.2026 has been filed, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under; MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits that the externment order which was under challenge has already elapsed and in that light the above petition has been rendered infructuous. WHEREFORE, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition, in the ends of justice. 3.
