Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record. 2. Mr. Debashis Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Anamika Pandey, learned counsel for the ECI and Mr. Gourangal Kumar Das, learned counsel for the Union of India, are present. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for only relief (g) of the petition by contending that petitioners will prefer a comprehensive representation along with server copy of this order before the 2 Election Commission of India and the said body may be directed to consider the representation and need of preparing a rational, transparent and disability sensitive framework for deployment of persons with disability in electoral process. 4. Learned counsel for the ECI has no objection. 5. Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to file such representation along with server copy of this order before ECI. In turn, ECI shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law within 90 days from the date of submission of representation and shall communicate the outcome to the petitioners. 6. For rest of the grievances of the petitioners, the petitioners pray for filing of appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. 7. The other side has no objection. 8.
