Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter is pending before Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) at Jabalpur, but the DRT at Jabalpur is not functioning, as such, the matter has not been taken up for hearing and the same may cause irreparable loss to the petitioners. He would further submit that the matter is urgent, therefore, they may be allowed to prefer an appeal or an appropriate application before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) at Allahabad for redressing their grievance as dispossession notice has already been issued to them on 14.05.2026. 2. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners seems to be just and proper. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal along with copy of the order passed by this Court before the DRAT at Allahabad for hearing the matter. In the eventuality of filing of an appeal/application before DRAT at 3 Allahabad, the said Tribunal shall hear and decide the matter expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. 5. Consequently, all the pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
