The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the order dated 16.10.2020 passed by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court in which following order was passed:- [2026:RJ-JP:16507] (2 of 2) [CCP-121/2025] "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a subsequent company which has been allotted the work which was unfinished by the respondent No.4. The dues against the respondent No.4 and recovery which are being made against the respondent No.4 are being sought to be taken from the petitioner. Issue notice on writ petition as well as stay application, returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile, the respondents are restrained from making recovery relating to the amount due by the respondent No.4 from the petitioner and no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner failed to inform this Court that any coercive action in terms of the said order, was taken by the respondent-contemnor. Further, it is stated that no recovery steps have been taken by the respondents against the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, and considering that no coercive action has been taken pursuant to the order of the Court, the contempt petition is dismissed.
