Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.399 of 2026, pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Erasama, arising out of Erasama P.S Case No.189 of 2026, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 296, 3(5), 351(2), and 109(1) of the B.N.S, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that because of the counter F.I.R., exaggerated allegations have been made regarding the complicity of the Petitioners and that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature and referring to the order granting bail to the co- accused, Arta Chandra Swain. Petitioners may be released on pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent of any nature. 6. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioners have any criminal antecedent, this order shall not be given effect to. 7. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 8. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. (V. NARASINGH) Vacation Judge Soumya
