It is submitted that representation in this regard has already been filed by the petitioner, however, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. 2. In the facts and circumstances, relying upon the judgment of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. [2026:RJ-JP:2950] (2 of 2) [CW-20491/2025] 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792), this Court directs that the said representation (Annexure-5) shall be considered by the respondent No.2, strictly in accordance with law, by way of speaking order, within 30 days of date of passing this order. 3.
