1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Record of the case would show that the petitioner had already made complaints before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur and others as mentioned in Annexure P-7 page 245. It has been informed that the complainant/petitioner herein had already lodged complaints before the Director, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Raipur. Let the petitioner take recourse available to him under the law as per Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.
