The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sonaraithari P.S. Case No. 56/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant had died at her matrimonial home. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the deceased was depressed on account of the habit of the petitioner taking liquor and this had led her to commit suicide. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2025. 6. Learned Counsel adds that the cause of death as per the postmortem report is asphyxia due to hanging and no injury was found on the person of the deceased. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the postmortem report and precursor to the commission of suicide as submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like ( 2026:JHHC:8163 ) amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Deoghar in connection with Sonaraithari P.S.
