The challenge in this Petition arises out of an Application filed by Respondent for condonation of delay of 7 years in filing change report. 2. However, the Assistant Charity Commissioner was directed to decide change report on its merits. 3. Once the Charity Commissioner records a finding that no sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay, the proceedings must come to an end. 1 GAYATRI RAJENDRA SHIMPI Digitally signed by GAYATRI RAJENDRA SHIMPI Date: 2026.10.19 19:25:23 +0530 38-WP-4770-2019.doc 4.
