P.P. --- 09/16.03.2026 Since all these applications arise out of a common FIR, they are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners are an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 95/2025. It has been alleged that the petitioners and the others were apprehended by the Police on the suspicion that they were involved in cybercrime. From the possession of the petitioners, mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered. It has been submitted by Mr. Rahul Ranjan and Mr. Lalit Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners that no victim has come forward to lodge a case. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 15.06.2025 and the petitioners in B.A. No. 7411/2025, B.A. No. 8735/2025 and B.A. No. 9459/2025 does not have any criminal antecedent and though the petitioner in B.A. No. 7416/2025 has a criminal antecedent, but the same is not related to any cyber-crime. Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:6966 Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
