Hence, this appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in MSA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28534 MSA No. 49 of 2014 No.64/2014 by enhancing market value from Rs.1,53,400/- to Rs.2,73,600/- per acre. When queried, counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that a conscious decision is taken to dispose of the appeal in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in MSA No.64/2014. 3. As the counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in MSA No.64/2014 disposed of on 16.02.2017, by enhancing market value from Rs.1,53,400/- to Rs.2,73,600/- per acre, this appeal is disposed of, in terms of the judgment passed in MSA No.64/2014 and by enhancing market value from Rs.1,53,400/- to Rs.2,73,600/- per acre. The judgment and award dated:12.03.2014 passed by the Court of III Addl. District and Sessions Judge Mandya (Sitting at Srirangapatna) in M.A.(LAC) No.3/2012 and judgment and award passed in LAC No.67/2009 (Old No.253/2007), - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28534 MSA No. 49 of 2014 dated:31.10.2011, on the file of Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) and JMFC at Pandavapura is modified with all statutory benefits.
