Mr.Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has already completed normal tenure, but in light of the fact that she stands transferred to a place which is more than 200 kilometers and further in light of the fact that she has two young children to look after, it would be in the interest of justice in case the petitioner is allowed to represent the Authorities for her adjustment at some other station and respondents be directed to pass orders on the said representation by taking a sympathetic view. Ordered accordingly. 3. Though, the petitioner has already completed normal tenure by clubbing her previous stays along with the present place of posting, but as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 direction that the petitioner may approach the Authority for adjustment at some other station within a week from today and appropriate call be taken on the said representation by the Authority sympathetically within two weeks as from the date of the receipt of the same. Till the decision of the representation, the petitioner shall not be forced to join the station to which she stands transferred and she shall avail the kind of leave due to her.
