Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 24.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of order dated 17.08.2026, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.205 of 2025 and connected matters, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication and order reveals that the Division Bench has stayed the judgment delivered in CWP No.2056 of 2023, titled, Ghanshyam Dass and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others along with connected matters, on the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 basis of which the petition filed by the petitioner bearing CWP No.21005 of 2025, titled, Ajaya Kumar & another vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others was disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the present execution petition at this stage, however, liberty may be reserved to file afresh after the decision in the aforementioned matters. 4. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for.
