JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations vide Annexures G and H dated 05.01.2026 requesting the respondent to regularize their services in permanent nature with all consequential benefits. 2. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of these writ petition are as follows: The petitioners have joined the services as DRE working in respondent authorities for more than 37 years and 39 years respectively, and respondent No.2 has issued a notification dated 12.09.2014 wherein the petitioners are eligible, as such, they have submitted a representation before the respondent to consider their services as permanent in nature. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representations vide Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations vide Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
