By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs:- “10.1 It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly pleased to issue a writ/order/directions to quash the order dated 13.03.226 (Annexure P/1) & direct the respondents to decide the representation for posting the petitioner on deputation as Hostel Superintendent, in Pre Tribal Boys Hostel, Kotmikala, District GPM within stipulated time period, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file representation before the respondent authorities against the impugned order dated 13.03.2026. 4. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the concerned respondent – authorities for redressal of 3 WPS No. 4481 of 2026 his grievance against the impugned order dated 13.03.2026 and in turn, respondent – authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation in accordance with law within 45 days’ from the date of filing of representation. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 5. With the aforesaid observation/direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
