IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH (192) INCOMP NO.1193-2026 DATE OF DECISION: 29.05.2026 Anita Vidya Sagar Garg ........Petitioner VERSUS State of Haryana and others .........Respondents CORAM HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SUBHAS MEHLA Present None. *** SUBHAS MEHLA, J (ORAL) 1. The aforesaid petition in this Court was filed on 15.12.2025 and re- filed on 13.02.2026. The petition was scrutinized by the Registry and certain objections were raised, but the learned counsel did not take steps to remove the said objections during the prescribed period of 40 days, as prescribed in Rule-9 Chapter-1, Part-A, Volume-V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules & Orders. 2. Even after the publication of the note on the official website of this Court requesting the Advocate to collect the instant case for re-filing after removal of objections, the case was though re-filed, but the needful was still not done. The Registry has consequently listed the matter before this Court “under INCOMPLETE category” seeking appropriate orders. 3. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. The petition, as such is disposed off for want of requisite action/response from the counsel with regard to objections raised. 29.05.2026 (SUBHAS MEHLA) mamta JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether reportable Yes/No MAMTA 2026.05.29 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
