Petitioner alleges breach of Sunil Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 Operative portion of the judgment reads as under: - “4. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-7) in light of Mohit Sharma (supra), expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereafter. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 8981/2025 decided on 30.05.2025 2 2. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 04.08.2026 from Director Higher Education, H.P. inter alia conveying as under: - “In this regard, it is submitted that the judgment passed in CWP No. 15022/2025 has already been complied with and the benefit of the Higher Pay Stage has been granted to the petitioner. Further, a proposal seeking allocation of budget under the relevant head of account to meet the expenditure was sought from the concerned institution and other institutions, where such liabilities are to be cleared. The demand of budget from different institutions has been received, which is being compiled and consolidated demand of budget under charged head will be submitted to the Government for providing necessary budget to comply with the judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court. The arrears shall be released to the petitioner immediately upon receipt of the requisite budget from the Government.” Along with office instructions, consideration order dated 19.09.2025 has also been filed. Learned Assistant Advocate General submits that all efforts shall be made to release the arrears due to the petitioner in terms of the consideration order dated 19.09.2025 within six weeks. Taking note of the aforesaid office instructions, consideration order dated 19.09.2025 and the submission made by learned Assistant Advocate General, the present proceedings are closed. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage, in case, necessity so 3 arises in future.
