Heard Sri. R. Chandranna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Sri. R. Chandranna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of the land in question and he has not encroached any Government land as alleged by the respondent No.2 in the impugned notice. 5. Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate sought to justify the impugned notice issued by the respondent No.2. 6. In the light of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a reply/objection to the impugned Notice dated 12th November, 2025 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the respondent No.2, on receipt of reply/objection that may be made by the petitioner, shall consider the same and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law.
