When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, Mr. M. At this juncture, it is necessary to implead the Dean, Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital, Tirunelveli, and accordingly, the Dean, Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital, Tirunelveli, is suo motu impleaded as the fourth respondent, for whom, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in this regard. 4. The fourth respondent is directed to appoint a competent Medical Officer to conduct the post-mortem on the exhumed body of the petitioner’s mother.
