ORAL ORDER
The petitioner, the complainant in Crime No.17/2015 is before the Court seeking expeditious disposal of the proceeding in the light of the fact that the proceedings are pending
consideration before the concerned Court for the last 11 years.
2. Heard Sri. Bhadrinath R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Rashmi Patel, learned HCGP appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and have perused the material on record.

Learned HCGP would submit that a 'B' report was filed after investigation and the 'B' report is set aside on a protest petition filed by the complainant, against which a Criminal Revision Petition is preferred and the same is pending. In that light, the learned HCGP would submit that unless the proceedings are concluded, a direction to conclude the proceedings from this Court would cause prejudice. Be that as it may.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no interim order of stay granted in the Criminal Revision Petition.
5. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands
disposed.
