State of H.P. & another which has been decided by passing a detailed judgment on 11.8.2026 alongwith connected matters. 2. In view of above statements of parties, present petitions are also disposed of in terms of judgment dated 11.8.2026 passed in CWP No. 15413 of 2024, titled as M/s Brajesh Stone Crusher Vs. State of H.P. & Another alongwith connected matters, with observation that findings returned therein shall be mutatis mutandis applicable to the present matters also and parties shall be governed and abide by judgment passed and directions issued in the said judgment.
