The JMFC had only taken cognizance against four (4) other persons, Ajay, Parveen, Atul and Abhishek, who have been granted regular bail. The petitioner herein has also challenged the bail granted to the said persons by way of cancellation proceedings, which are pending before the Sessions Court. This is a digitally signed order.
