The present writ petition is to seek relief that the writ petitioner has been continuously serving as an assistant teacher in the Madrasah for a considerable period but his service is not regularized. 2. Heard the submissions, and perused the records, in view of the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the writ petition, the Court is inclined to direct the respondent No.3, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Malda to treat the present writ petition as the representation of the writ petitioner and consider his prayer as made therein, after granting him a reasonable opportunity of hearing. The same may be disposed of by the respondent No.3 in the light of the order dated 23.03.2017 passed in W.P. No.11842 (W)/2009 (Abdul Hamid & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) as well as order dated July 30, 2014 passed in W.P. No.16868 (W)/2007 (Md. Eyasin Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) 2 by dint of a reasoned order and positively with a period of six weeks from the date of submission of copy of this order, along with copy of the writ petition. In view of the above observation, the impugned order dated 27.05.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 is set aside. 3. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 12313 of 2025 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any. 4.
