It has been informed by the learned State counsel that there was a loan against the property owned by the petitioner and now that land has been cleared and there is no other impediment in registration of the property. Now the said issue has already been redressed, therefore, there will be no difficulty for the Tahsildar to continue with the proceedings. 3. In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, nothing is required to be adjudicated at this juncture. 4.
