Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect(s).
2. Heard Mr. Madan Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Kumar Mandal for the State as also Mr. Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel for respondent no. 5.
3. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s): a. Setting aside the Jamabandi No. 2648 created in the name of Nutan Mishra, Respondent No. 5 during the pendency of the BLT Case No. 645 of 2024, as well as issuance of rent receipt in the name of Nutan Mishra, arbitrarily and illegally by the Respondent authorities;

Directing the respondent authorities to restore possession of the Petitioners as well as reconstruct the house of the petitioner over the plot of land situated at Ward No. 5, Anchal -Jagdishpur, P.S Jogsar, Dist- Bhagalpur appertaining to Khata No. 937 and 390, Khesra No. 197 and 206 admeasuring 75 Katha which has been demolished by the Respondent no. 5 in connivance with the Respondent 1st set; c. Directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the Respondents who have been involved in demolishing the house of the Petitioner situated at Ward No. 5, Anchal Jagdishpur, P.S Jogsar, Dist- Bhagalpur appertaining to Khata No. 937 and 390, Khesra No. 197 and 206 admeasuring 75 Katha, illegally, unauthorisedly and forcefully; d. Directing the Respondent authorities to grant compensation to the Petitioners whose house has been demolished arbitrarily, illegally and unauthorisedly; e. any other relief/reliefs which Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the BLT has started functioning, appropriate

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Bihar Land Tribunal which is now functional in BLT Case No. 645 of
2024.
