In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for appellant/non-applicant, the application under consideration is allowed and the amount lying deposited, in the share of the applicant, along with proportionate interest, is ordered to be released to the applicant, by remitting the same to her account, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 4 of the application.
