On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation of the petitioner be considered in accordance with law. In view of the above, WPA 10304 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Zonal Manager having jurisdiction to assign the representation of the petitioner dated 30th September, 2023 for consideration in accordance with law,. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and nothing in this order would be binding on the concerned Zonal Manager or his delegates insofar as the merits of the case are concerned. 2 Since no affidavits has been filed, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed to have not been admitted.
