JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “PRAYER: WHEREFORE, the petitioner most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to : (a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to reconsider petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 and dated 05.01.2026 vide Annexure 'D' and 'E' and grant full 3 service marks to the petitioner for the entire academic year 2024-25 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25288 WP No. 15365 of 2026 and release compensation towards monetary losses and lost wages suffered by the petitioner due to premature relieving and denial of continuation and etc. (b) Direct the respondents to release all pending remuneration payable to the petitioner. (c) Direct the Respondents to comply with the directions issued in W.P.No.20424/2025 wide Annexure F within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (d) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the interests of justice and equity”. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representations to the respondents dated 12.12.2025 and 05.01.2026, wherein he has sought a relief to grant three service marks to the petitioner for the entire academic year of 2024-2025 and 2025-26 and release the compensation towards monetary losses and lost wages which is suffered by the petitioner due to premature relieving and denial of continuation. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that they will consider the representation in accordance with law. 4.
