(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to change the time table for examination of D.El.Ed. Second Year scheduled for 08.06.2026 and to reschedule the said examination of D.El.Ed. Second Year for other day when the examination of CGPSC is not scheduled. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case including cost of litigation. 3) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that Respondent No.2/The Secretary, Board Of Secondary Education, Raipur has fixed 08/06/2026 as the date for the examination of D.El.Ed. On the same date, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission/Respondent No.3 is going to conduct its main examination. The Petitioners intend to participate in both the examinations, but since there is a clash of dates of both the examinations, i.e., 08/06/2026, therefore, 3 Respondent No.2 be directed to change the date, i.e., 08/06/2026 for D.El.Ed. Examination to some other date. 4) In reply, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 would submit that D.El.Ed. examination is conducted twice in a year. If Petitioners cannot appear on 08/06/2026 because of PSC examination, they may appear in next examination of D.El.Ed., which is to be held in the month of November, 2026. He further submits that earlier also, the same situation had arisen, but PSC itself had changed the date. He further submits that since there is an opportunity available to Petitioners to appear in D.El.Ed. examination to be held in the month of November, 2026, therefore, this petition may be dismissed. 5) Having considered the aforesaid contention of learned Counsel for the respondent, since there is an opportunity available to the Petitioners to participate in the second examination of D.El.Ed. to be held in the month of November, 2026, hence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioners. 6) Accordingly, this petition is disposed of at the motion stage itself. 7) In view of above, pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
