Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the letter dated 12.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) issued by the office of respondent no. 3. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate. 10.3 Cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed with a specific ground that respondent no. 3 is not competent to initiate the proceedings of inquiry against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that after filing of this writ petition the Divisional Joint Director wrote letter to Mission Director, National Health Mission, Raipur, Chhattisgarh for initiating the proceedings of the inquiry against the petitioner and thereby the grievance of petitioner as raised in this writ petition has been redressed. 4. The submission of counsel for the petitioner is not disputed based on the documents enclosed, by the counsel for petitioner along with reply i.e. Annexure R-2-5. 3 / 3 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, it is disposed of in light of letter Annexure R-2-5.
