The present intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 17.03.2026, passed in WPSS No. 739 of 2026, by which, learned Single Judge, while entertaining the writ petition filed by the appellant has invited counter affidavit and has fixed 30.04.2026 as the next date. 2. The impugned order does not decide any right of the parties nor even any issue of moment, and, therefore, in our considered opinion, the present intra court appeal is not maintainable.
