By this application, the applicants are seeking the condonation of 730 days in filing the first appeal. It is pointed out that the applicants are labour and moving from one place to other in search of work. It is pointed out that at the time of deciding the claim application, they were at Gujrat State in search of there work. 2. It is submitted that in Diwali Festival, 2024, when they came at home, that time they got knowledge of the judgment of Railway Tribunal. 3. Considering the reasons set out by applicants which are not controverted by any reply. 4. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the 31 caf 2766-2026.odt 2 application is allowed. 5. The office is directed to register the appeal. 6. The delay is condoned subject to condition that the appellant will not claim any interest for the period of delay of 730 days, in case appeal is allowed and appellant is held entitled for compensation. 7.
