Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after thorough investigation, a charge sheet was laid in the above-mentioned crime and the same was numbered as C.C.No.414 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, and the said case has been posted to 17.03.2026 for summons of the witnesses. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in C.C.No.414 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, if so advised.
