The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner had appeared in-person on 14.11.2025 and he had given statement to the effect that he would make payment for surveying the property and after conducting the survey, he would proceed further in accordance with law. Recording the same, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. 3.
