Accordingly, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging non-consideration of his bid, pursuant to the aforesaid tender notice and award of the contract. 3. The writ petition along with pending applications is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as observed above.
