By way of the present interlocutory application, the applicant seeks leave of this Court to permit his son, namely, Abhijit Barman, to appear, plead and argue the accompanying appeal, being RERA Appeal No. 548/2026 (Filing No.), on his behalf. 3. During the course of hearing of the present application, this Court indicated its inclination to appoint an Amicus Curiae to assist the applicant in the accompanying RERA Appeal. The applicant fairly acceded to the said suggestion. However, it was further requested that his son, Abhijit Barman, be permitted to remain present along with the learned Amicus Curiae to assist the Court. Page No.# 3/3 4. The prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. Kaustuv Malin Mahanta, learned counsel, as Amicus Curiae to represent and assist the applicant in the accompanying appeal, i.e., RERA Appeal No. 548/2026 (Filing No.). 6.
