Although the aforesaid appeal was disposed of vide order dated 24th March, 2026, it is kept today for recording compliance of the direction given in paragraph 8 of the said order i.e., deposit of the money as directed by the learned Single Judge vide judgment and order dated 18th July, 2025 within three weeks from the date of the order.
Learned AAG has tendered the letter dated 7th April, 2026 evidencing payment made to the appellants. The said letter is taken on record. Learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute the same.
Since the order has been complied with, no further orders.
