In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation that the structure which subsequently constructed and which was found to be illegal after cut-off date that has been removed, nothing survives in the present petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4. As far as grievance of the present petitioners that the portion which is still in existence and which according to the respondent -corporation was constructed before cut off date is also an illegal construction, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and establish the said fact by giving sufficient evidence.
