Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 initiated against the petitioner are pending regarding Gata No. 988 area 0.047 hectare. By order dated 06.09.2025, revenue team has been constituted on the complaint made by one Dharamveer directing to proceed in accordance with law. This order dated 06.09.2025 is under challenge in this petition. 2. Instructions were called by this Court, which are submitted by learned Standing Counsel and are taken on record. 3. It is submitted that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending. In view of this, I am of the view that respondent should bring the proceeding to their logical end after providing opportunity of hearing as well as of evidence to the petitioner. 4. Till disposal of the proceedings, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner and parties shall maintain status quo. 5. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
