Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) Notice. Mr. Jitender Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent-State. disposed of. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
2 Prima facie, the maintainability of the present petition is doubtful when another bail application is pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shimla, HP, therefore, the
learned counsel was heard on the question of maintainability. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. (Rakesh Kainthla) Judge 24th August, 2026 (Chander)
