Civil Writ Petition No. 14401/2021, titled Nisha Panwar Vs. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), and submitted that the controversy involved in the present matter is identical on facts as well as on legal issues of the said dictum. It is, therefore, prayed that the ratio laid down in paragraph 4 of the said dictum shall be made applicable to the case of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. 3. In light of the aforesaid dictum, the present petition stands disposed of, in terms of the ratio laid down therein.
