The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner School is no longer functional and with effect from 17.08.2021, the teaching and non-teaching staff, Grant-in-Aid staff of the petitioner institution has submitted the acceptance of willingness to absorb them into Zilla Parishad/Government institutions. Accordingly, the teaching and non-teaching staff of the petitioner institution were observed as Grant-in-Aid staff in Z.N.V.R Aided High School, Penugonda and were given postings to various schools. It is further submitted that the petitioner institution is not functional either as Aided or unaided institution in view of the development. Considering the same, nothing further survives for adjudication on merits. Recording the submissions, the writ petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
