CORAM : MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J. DATE : 20/08/2026 1. Heard. 2. The applicants have filed the present applications seeking condonation of delay of 774 days in filing the Misc. Civil Application No.16402 of 2026 and for restoration of Misc. Civil Application (St.) No. 1701 of 2024. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the appeal was dismissed as the Office has raised the objection that the application for condonation of delay is not filed along with the Second Appeal. Now the applicants have filed the applications for restoration of the Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) No.1701 of 2024 and to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration of the M.C.A.St.No.1701 of 2024. 5. During the pendency of the said applications, the learned advocate, who was representing the applicants, Mr.Akshay Rangari expired and therefore, the matter was not attended and the applicants were not aware about the filing of the said applications. Thereafter, the applicants have filed these applications. There is a delay of 774 days in filing the application for restoration of the M.C.A.St. 1701 of 2024. 6. Considering the reasons given in the applications, the delay is hereby condoned and the application for restoration of the Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) No.1701 of 2024 is allowed and it is restored to its original file. 7. The Registry is directed to register the Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) No.1701 of 2024. 8. Civil Application No.797 of 2026 and Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) 16402 of 2026 are disposed of accordingly.
