This petition is filed against the impugned order dated 27.02.2026 2 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajnandgaon, (C.G.) in Case No. MJC / 112 / 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they will deposit Rs. 30,00,000/- as outstanding against them on 21.05.2026. It is further submitted that, out of the said amount, Rs. 18,00,000/- has already been deposited, but the said amount has not been adjusted. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the amount in question as on date is Rs. 76,00,000/-. 4. Be that as it may, in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to deposit 10% of the amount in question within 24 hours, and the remaining amount of Rs. 30,00,000/- within a further period of 25 days. In the event of the deposit of 10% of the amount in question, the auction proceedings shall not be given effect to, and the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal for redressal of their grievance. 5.
