Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the mandate contained in the judgment has duly been complied with except credit of leave. Since the respondents have substantially complied with the judgment dated 20.09.2024 passed in CWP No.2887 of 2021, titled, Ravinder Kumar and Ors. vs. State of H.P. and Ors., the proceedings in the execution petition are closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.2/competent authority within a period of four weeks from today and in case
