Later by claiming the same relief, again the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court at Jaipur Bench. 2. The conduct of the petitioner is nothing but a clear attempt of forum shopping, which cannot be taken lightly by this Court. 3. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 4. Permission sought for is granted. 5.
