1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/appellant/complainant under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the judgment dated 31.05.2016 passed in Crl.A.No.94 of 2013 on the file of learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, confirming the judgment of acquittal of the accused by the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, Prakasam District.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, owing to a change in circumstances, the revision petition has become infructuous and, therefore, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the same.
4. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
