Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that on account of bonafide reasons, compliance of peremptory order dated 16.10.2023 could not be made hence, for non- compliance therefore, the writ petition was dismissed by recording a formal order dated 22.12.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is keen to pursue this writ petition on merits and undertakes to remove the defects in compliance of order dated 16.10.2023. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed subject to removal of the defects within a period of 7 days from today. After removal of such defects S.B.
